I explore the connections between the mind, movement, and the people around me. Curiosity draws me into the laboratory; sport teaches me resilience; community reminds me to look beyond myself.

Born in Hong Kong and raised across the Shenzhen–Hong Kong border, I learned early how to find my way in unfamiliar places. Today, I continue that journey as a student at Columbus Academy.

Travel has broadened my perspective, but the values I carry come from home: stay curious, act with integrity, and use what I learn to help others. Those ideas connect my research, athletics, and community life.
